The Centre is set in beautiful gardens and woodland in which you can wander, or simply find a quiet corner to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views.

The woodland was planted in 1994 and attracts many birds, butterflies, hares and wildflowers.

 There are no formal footpaths around the woodland, so appropriate footwear should be worn if possible; there are no difficult sections, though.
